Head of Risk SME

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SME risk management strategies and policies.
• Monitor SME credit portfolio performance and mitigate emerging risks.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee SME loan underwriting, approvals, and ongoing credit monitoring.
• Collaborate with SME business teams to balance growth and risk.
• Lead and develop the SME risk team, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Optimize risk assessment using data analytics and technology tools.
• Ensure a strong and sustainable SME portfolio while adhering to regulatory and business objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years in SME credit risk management within banking or other financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, OJK regulations, risk modeling, and data analytics.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Highly adaptable and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
