About The Role
This position is responsible for driving regional strategy and execution across operations, sales, user growth, and analytics to ensure sustainable business growth across all cities in Region Jabodetabek. This role involves managing and optimizing regional and city budgets, recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams, and overseeing driver-related strategies to enhance acquisition, retention, communication, and experience. Additionally, the Head of Region will develop respective region-specific strategies based on local insights, collaborate with regional leadership, HQ teams, and external stakeholders, and monitor key performance metrics to achieve business goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with government bodies, merchant partners, and driver communities is also a key aspect of this role.
What You Will Do- Drive regional strategy and execution across operations, sales, user growth, and analytics to ensure sustainable business growth in all cities in Jabodetabek
- Own the region and city budgets, ensuring effective utilization in alignment with company policies and integrity guidelines;
- Responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing regional teams to foster a mission-driven culture
- Oversee driver acquisition, retention, reliability, communication, and experience strategies to optimize driver engagement and satisfaction
- Develop and implement region-specific strategies to drive business growth based on local insights for consumers, drivers, and merchant partners
- Collaborate with regional leadership, HQ teams, and external stakeholders to align market strategies and foster a conducive business environment
- Monitor regional performance metrics, manpower productivity, and key financial indicators to ensure target achievement
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders such as government bodies, merchant partners, and driver communities to support business growth
What You Will Need- Minimum 10 years experience with extensive exposure in one of the fields: Operations/Sales/Marketing or general management
- Has exposure years in other fields out of these three mentioned fields i.e. Strong Operation experiences with 1 year experience in Sales and another 1 year experience in marketing will be an advantage
- Has existing relationships or able to bridge, develop, and maintain good relationships with key partners, local/regional government stakeholders, 3rd party partners, merchant associations, communities (i.e. Driver community, merchant owner, government)
- Strong in planning, leadership, managerial skill, can mentor others, result driven, target oriented with proven track records
- Very fluent in number, excellent in analyzing data, and using analytics to make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia, strong communication & interpersonal skill
- Able to nurture & mentor team members
- Having flexibility, willingness to travel to the overall region
About the Team
Head of Region Jabodetabek will lead a dynamic and cross-functional team responsible for operations, sales, user growth, and analytics across multiple cities. This team consists of regional managers for each stream (Operations, Sales, User Growth, and Analytics) and area managers, all working collaboratively to drive business performance and operational excellence. The team is mission-driven, with a strong focus on innovation, local insights, and execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives while fostering a culture of continuous growth and engagement. Together, they work to optimize regional performance, enhance driver and customer experiences, and achieve strategic business goals.
