OBJECTIVE
- Optimize the exploitation of short-/long-term sales potentials for Mercedes Benz trucks and buses in Indonesia by market-oriented product management and effective marketing strategies/activities in line with corporate strategy and business strategy.
- Ensure product compliance to the local regulations.
- Contribute to the management committee of DCVI for DCVI business/organization development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Main tasks (not limited to):
- Lead and manage the marketing events, marketing communication, and retail marketing support.
- Lead and manage corporate communication and media public relation activities.
- Lead and manage product management and homologation function and team.
- Lead and manage internal and external process of Body Builder Advisory including signing for audit/checking reports.
- Lead, manage, and develop Marketing Truck and Bus organization.
- Contribute to the development of the company and organization as a member of the management.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree or above. MBA or Marketing course is an advantage.
- Marketing background, good understanding of truck and bus product or equivalent experience is preferable.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- More than 10 years of professional experience in marketing or commercial vehicle product-related job.
- More than 3 years in a manager position in commercial vehicle companies.
- Mature leadership in managing people and tasks.
- Decision making with strategic thinking.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Good understanding of commercial vehicle market and customers in Indonesia.
- Good understanding of overall automobile business in both wholesale and retail.
- Excellent understanding of marketing communication and media PR.
- Good understanding of truck and bus product.
- Good understanding of homologation regulation in Indonesia.
- Excellent understanding of compliance and legal matters related to marketing, communication and media exposure.
