Position Overview:
The Head of Product will be responsible for shaping the product strategy and overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy in alignment with the companys overall business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new product development and enhancements to existing offerings.
Product Management:
- Lead the product management team in the development, implementation, and launch of insurance products, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept development through to market launch and ongoing performance evaluation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, underwriting, and actuarial teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product performance.
- Work with the technology team to leverage digital solutions and enhance product delivery and customer experience.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and distribution partners to gather feedback and insights for product improvement.
- Ensure that products deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet the diverse needs of the clientele.
Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze product performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and adjustments.
- Prepare and present detailed product performance reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing insurance products, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
