Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase market share and revenue across reagent product lines.
Lead and manage to achieve targets, ensuring strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential growth opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with product and finance teams to develop competitive pricing strategies, optimize margins, and evaluate profitability.
Lead negotiations for large commercial contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Prepare and present regular commercial performance reports, providing actionable insights to senior management for decision-making.
Work closely with marketing, R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product launch and delivery processes.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a commercial management role within the biology, chemical, pharmaceutical, or reagent production industry. Experience in reagent or specialty chemicals is a significant advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the regulatory landscape in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
