About Our Client

An established local fashion brand with a strong brand track record is looking for a Head of Marketing to develop the marketing and branding initiatives, as well as rejuvenate the brand to target new segments.

Job Description

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business goals.
  2. Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels, maintaining the integrity of the brand.
  3. Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  4. Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
  5. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience as Head of Marketing/Marketing Manager or similar role in renowned B2C focus companies; background from fashion retail or FMCG industry will be highly preferred.
  2. Strong track record in developing branding and marketing; experience of revamping the brand from scratch will be a huge plus.
  3. Strong sense and knowledge of fashion retail players and the industry.
  4. Proficient in English.
