HEAD OF MARKETING | CONTENT MARKETING | BRAND

  • Lead and oversee multiple Marketing sub-divisions, including: Digital marketing content, Graphic Designer & Video editing, Social Media, copywriting, Broadcasting and KOL.
  • Provide strategic direction and inspire a high-performing team to deliver innovative, impactful, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive performance across all marketing disciplines to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Develop and execute the creative and strategic vision for the brand, ensuring consistency in visual aesthetics, messaging, and overall brand experience.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, campaigns, and content strategies across multiple channels that align with the brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
  • Lead the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, product launches, and visual merchandising strategies that differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within all marketing divisions while integrating market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis into strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and other key stakeholders to ensure an integrated and seamless approach to all creative and marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the primary driver for defining and refining the brand's identity, ensuring alignment between the company's vision and the public-facing messaging across all platforms.
  • Establish and enforce high-quality standards for all marketing deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and design excellence across all divisions.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize marketing initiatives to maximize their impact and success.
  • Utilize data analytics, market research, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies, strengthen the brand's position in the marketplace, and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Introduce metrics-driven decision-making across marketing divisions for better performance tracking and campaign success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, with demonstrated success managing multiple teams and disciplines (e.g., Digital marketing content, Graphic Designer & Video editing, Social Media, copywriting, Broadcasting and KOL).
  • Preferable in FASHION/BEAUTY industries for 4-5 years.
  • Strong leadership skills (mentoring, motivating, and inspiring cross-functional teams).
  • Exceptional ability to craft and execute strategic marketing and creative initiatives to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
  • In-depth understanding of all relevant marketing functions, including digital marketing, influencer (KOL) strategies, creative and content production.
  • Strong analytical mindset, decision-making, problem-solving, and insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
