The Leader will be responsible for leading a team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and lead the strategic direction in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies and brand campaigns.
Oversee end-to-end program launches, ensuring smooth collaboration among all stakeholders and working with cross-functional teams to facilitate and manage marketing initiatives.
Manage the development of marketing collateral and continuously evaluate its effectiveness for ongoing improvement.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to evaluate and optimize marketing efforts.
Own the monthly and quarterly campaign calendars in consultation with the commercial team to deliver the revenue and profitability targets.
Provide direction on campaign strategies such as positioning and messaging to ensure promotional campaigns achieve top and bottom-line targets.
Foster an entrepreneurial and collaborative work environment to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Qualifications:
4+ years of marketing and communication experience in gaming/social networking/IT industry in Indonesia or SEA, and 3+ years of business leader role at the country level;
Proven successful business outcomes and solid track record of developing, executing, and managing effective integrated marketing campaigns;
A strong business leader but also an inspired people manager, with excellence in project management, time management, and people management skills;
Strong data analytics and insights for business analysis and strategy;
Chinese and Bahasa will be required.
