Head of Marketing - Palm LeyLines Developments

Location: Bali / Remote (In Asia)

Reports to: COO

About The Role:

As the Head of Marketing at Palm LeyLines Developments, you will be responsible for driving the company’s branding, marketing, and advertising strategies to promote its luxury properties, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. This leadership role involves managing a high-performing team and executing effective campaigns across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, paid ads, and content creation, combined with a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branding & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy that supports business growth and strengthens Palm LeyLines’ market positioning in the luxury property sector.
  • Content Creation & Brand Development: Oversee the creation of branding materials, including guidelines, logos, and visual assets, ensuring they reflect the unique value propositions of Palm LeyLines’ luxury properties.
  • Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing: Lead the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns, with a focus on lead generation, reducing the cost per SQL, and improving overall campaign performance.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, guide, and motivate the marketing team, ensuring high performance and that targets are met. Provide leadership in campaign execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, construction, and finance teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support sales objectives, improve lead conversion rates, and ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Digital & Offline Presence: Manage all digital and offline marketing channels (website, social media, advertising, public relations) to create a consistent and compelling brand image.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats, adapting branding and marketing strategies accordingly.
  • PR & Media Relations: Build and manage relationships with media outlets and PR partners to enhance Palm LeyLines' reputation and ensure positive media coverage.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, continuously refine strategies, and report performance metrics.
  • Client & Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agents, and strategic partners, to expand the company’s market reach.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in paid ads or performance marketing
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong communication skills in English; Bahasa and Chinese are a plus
  • Expertise in branding, content creation, and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent project management skills
  • Experience in PR, media relations, and corporate marketing
  • Ability to drive organic social media growth and manage high-engagement campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize strategies
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and construction teams
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
