Job Description

• Deliver, maintain and develop the sales network size to have effective and efficient sales network.
• Develop strategic and long-term plan for sales recruitment process to maintain the ideal source and to have a better quality of sales agents to deliver to sales network.
• Develop, maintain, and evaluate sales network development through continuous development plan to meet high quality and compliance of sales network.
• Develop, maintain and evaluate training curriculum for sales network to ensure long-term individual development.
• Develop, maintain and evaluate sales QA process for sales network improvement.
• People development for sales development team to ensure that all succession planning and talent pool from the sales development team meet the target plan.
• Provide direction to all team members to meet targets through initiative, planning, and controlling process.
• Develop a strategic plan for sales recruitment process to meet the ideal size of the sales network.

Requirement

• University degree in management, HR, or communication.
• 7+ years of experience in adult training or a similar position.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, financial, banking, or insurance industry.
• Understanding of TNA process and implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal business presentation and communication skills.
• Able to conduct training in Bahasa and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or any similar tool).
• Demonstrated strategic, long-term development plan.
• Ability to demonstrate innovation and creative approaches to business needs.
