Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Medicine, or a related scientific discipline. A degree in Medicine (Medical Doctor) is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
Extensive knowledge and experience in laboratory operations, particularly in Molecular Biology, Genomic Technologies, Clinical Pathology, Anatomic Pathology, and Clinical Microbiology.
Proficiency in quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 35001, and ISO 15189 standards, with demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining these standards.
Strong understanding of biosafety management and occupational health and safety practices (K3).
Experience in managing laboratory inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance.
Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a laboratory setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Experience in conducting laboratory audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
