Job description

Country Base: Indonesia

Working Experience: 5 years in IT manager or similar position

Major: IT, Computer Science, or related major

Skill & Specific Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (master's degree will be an advantage)
  2. Experience managing and/or directing an IT/business operation with a proven track record of successfully delivering IT business plans.
  3. Experience in Fintech Industry: 4 years
  4. Career IT Professional with demonstrable evidence of continued professional development
  5. Considerable knowledge of business processes, management, budgeting, and business operations
  6. Substantial exposure to infrastructure, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems
  7. Good understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities
  8. Excellent understanding of project management principles
  9. Proven leadership ability, able to motivate staff to deliver high-quality output in line with set priorities

Job Descriptions:

  1. Leading IT provision, this role is responsible for leading the strategic and operational IT planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the group.
  2. Design and deploy a short and long-term IT Strategy to support the Company's Vision, ensuring that innovation, security, reliability, cost, and utilization are the foundation of any proposal.
  3. Work with the senior management team to horizon scan for new technologies, and provide solutions and services to the business that retain and increase competitive advantage.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
  5. Define and communicate corporate plans, policies, and standards for the organization for acquiring, implementing, and operating IT systems.
  6. Ensure that solutions and proposals are scalable and flexible and enable the business to operate with agility and embrace change without impacting productivity.
  7. Handling and leading Software, Hardware team & Product Team, etc.
  8. Identify opportunities for appropriate and cost-effective investment of financial resources in IT systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development.
  9. Manage the Group IT budget.
  10. Manage the relationships with external suppliers, ensuring that the optimum services and supplies are procured and that contracts engaged into are fit for purpose and meet the business need.
  11. Promote and oversee strategic relationships between internal IT resources and external entities.

Operational:

  1. Establish IT departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures.
  2. Delivery of department business plan, budget, and team capacity management.
  3. Develop and maintain an appropriate IT organizational structure that supports the needs of the business.
  4. Supervise recruitment, development, retention, and organization of all IT staff per corporate budgetary objectives and personnel policies.
  5. Motivate and develop team members, through a range of performance management techniques.
  6. Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
  7. Reporting to Director and Group COO.
