Job Description

• Lead, Conceive, And Implement A Work Program For The Engagement With Clients And Manage Team Through The Advisory Process
• Acting As The Main Person-in-charge And Interface With Various Stakeholders
• Advise And Assist The Clients From Developing Turnaround Advisory And Capital Market Strategy/plan
• Assist In Resolving Financial And Strategic Issues In Order To Improve Businesses That Are Performing Below Optimum Level
• Analyze And Assess Business Model And Financials For Strategic And Tactical Decision Making

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Master Degree will be an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of investment banking (advisory and capital market) from banking industry, debt finance/advisory, Big 4, securities firms and other related industries
• Excellent financial and analytical skills to work on complex financial transactions
• Knowledgeable and experienced in investment banking market
• Proven leadership and able to analyze companies from a financial, operational and industry perspective
• Excellent command in English and Bahasa, both written and verbal
