Job Description

1. Oversee all security initiatives, policies, and procedures.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor information security policies and procedures.
3. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential weaknesses and vulnerabilities.
4. Design and implement security measures and controls to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.
5. Manage and maintain information security systems (including firewalls, antivirus, etc.).
6. Develop and implement information security strategies including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
7. Research emerging security threats and vulnerabilities and advise management on appropriate countermeasures.
8. Evaluate adequacy of third-party service providers related to IT security.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant courses/major.
2. Experience in implementing information security policies and procedures based on international standards, including but not limited to: ISO, SOC 1, and SOC 2.
3. Deep understanding of information security concepts, technologies, and best practices, including: network security, access control, vulnerability management, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
4. Experience in risk assessments and developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
5. Experience as a cybersecurity expert will be a preferable plus.
6. Excellent communication skills to convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Ability to align security initiatives with the company's overall business objectives.
