HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCE (BANDUNG)

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
• At least 6 year(s) of proven working experience in the international education sectors
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations applicable to international schools
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin language (will be an advantage)
• This position will be placed in Summarecon Bandung

Job Description:

• Manage the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international employment laws and regulations
• Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance-related issues
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs
• Conduct salary surveys and recommend adjustments as needed
