Develop and implement the HR strategy to support the company's overall business objectives
Lead the Internal HR Transformation to support the business objectives
Lead the HR team to deliver best-in-class all HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations
Establish and maintain effective HR policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with relevant Indonesian employment laws and regulations
Provide strategic HR advice and support to the senior leadership team
Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing company culture that attracts, motivates and retains top talent
Oversee the management of the HR budget and ensure HR initiatives are delivered within budget
Continuously look for ways to improve HR processes and drive operational efficiency
Leading the General Affair team
QUALIFICATION:
Minimum 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Having CHRP or CHRM certification will be a plus
Preferably having experiences in Retail Fashion or Beauty industries related field
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR Transformation strategies and initiatives
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations
Hands-on experience in all core HR disciplines, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
