Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and long-term goals.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent; implement effective onboarding, performance evaluation, and succession planning programs.
  • Employee and Leadership Development: Design and oversee employee and leadership training and run development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and diversity by creating programs that drive employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs; ensure alignment with industry and government standards.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning; ensure HR policies and procedures meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Organizational Development: Identify and implement organizational change initiatives that improve the overall effectiveness of the company; ensuring that the organizational structure, regulations, resources, and practices are aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • 10 years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Having HR experience in telecommunication industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record in strategic human capital management and driving large-scale organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with HR technology and data analytics to support decision-making and organizational strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a diverse, high-performing team and foster a positive work culture.
  • Already living in Bali (preferable)
