Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and long-term goals.
Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent; implement effective onboarding, performance evaluation, and succession planning programs.
Employee and Leadership Development: Design and oversee employee and leadership training and run development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and diversity by creating programs that drive employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs; ensure alignment with industry and government standards.
HR Operations: Oversee HR compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning; ensure HR policies and procedures meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Organizational Development: Identify and implement organizational change initiatives that improve the overall effectiveness of the company; ensuring that the organizational structure, regulations, resources, and practices are aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
10 years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Having HR experience in telecommunication industry is a plus.
Proven track record in strategic human capital management and driving large-scale organizational change.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience with HR technology and data analytics to support decision-making and organizational strategy.
Demonstrated ability to build a diverse, high-performing team and foster a positive work culture.
Already living in Bali (preferable)
