Job Description

  1. Champion cultural values that align with company goals and reflect a commitment to positive societal impact. Develop HR strategies and initiatives to model key behaviors and embed them across the workforce.
  2. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and productivity, creating a motivating and supportive workplace.
  3. Act as a business partner and trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and implementing continuous improvements to promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
  4. Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent aligned with our values and objectives.
  5. Manage daily HR operations, including employee records, performance management, payroll, and compliance, ensuring smooth and effective processes.
  6. Leverage analytics to assess HR metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions to enhance employee experience and drive organizational success.
  7. Design and lead impactful development programs that enhance skills, cultivate leadership, and promote career growth across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  1. 10+ years of senior-level experience in human resources, ideally within the consumer goods or retail sectors, demonstrating expertise in guiding and elevating HR functions to support business growth.
  2. Proven track record in organizational design, employer branding, and recruitment, along with robust HR business partnering capabilities.
  3. Skilled in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs, cultivating company culture, driving employee engagement, and implementing impactful learning and development initiatives.
  4. Demonstrated success in creating high-performance work cultures and fostering employee engagement, contributing to improved productivity and overall employee satisfaction.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of using data to drive decision-making.
  7. A proactive and adaptable approach, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
