Job description

As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function to support the strategic objectives of our organization. You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
    • Provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR-related matters.
  2. Talent Management:
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Implement talent development programs, including succession planning and leadership development.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive organizational culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.
    • Address employee concerns and manage conflict resolution effectively.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Design and implement performance management systems to drive accountability and high performance.
    • Establish clear performance metrics and facilitate regular feedback processes.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding employee compensation.
  6. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and implement professional development programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
  7. HR Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support the organizations objectives.
  8. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
    • Prepare reports for senior management on HR trends and workforce analytics.

Requirement :

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a conglomerate or large organization.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (preferred).
    • Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
