Position Overview:

As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and ensuring that our employees are supported, engaged, and aligned with our organization's goals. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, driving initiatives to attract and retain top talent, and promoting a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's objectives and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Develop innovative approaches to sourcing candidates and improving our employer brand.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement programs and initiatives to boost employee morale, motivation, and productivity. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers on performance reviews, coaching, and development plans.
  • Employee Development: Create and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation strategies, benchmarking, and benefits administration to ensure our packages are competitive and attractive.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and supported.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • HR Technology: Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend and implement systems and tools that improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
