Position: Head of E-commerce Business

Our client is a well-established distributor with a strong offline presence across 11 locations throughout Indonesia. They are now looking to expand their online business by leveraging these locations as strategic stock hubs to enhance their e-commerce capabilities and improve delivery efficiency nationwide.

As the Head of E-commerce Business, you will be responsible for leading and managing our client's online business operations. You will oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboard more suppliers with good price and term of payment.
2. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
3. Utilize the existing offline branches and increase stock effectiveness for supplier and stock availability and timely delivery.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce with offline operations.
5. Identify and analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of e-commerce initiatives.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and partners.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a leadership role.
3. Proven track record in driving sales and revenue growth in the e-commerce space.
4. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
