Job Description

• Designing and implementing digital strategy as part of the company's broader business and marketing plans, building affinity and leading demand generation.
• Liaising with the Country Director and CMO on marketing innovation strategy, setting corporate goals and maximizing budget value.
• Setting up a digital marketing team and deciding which tasks are better to be outsourced to agencies, including managing the workflow and relationship with agencies.
• Establishing a more pronounced digital presence as part of company branding and creating a sense of demand for potential clients by identifying the untapped target audience and creating a combination of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Possess 5-10 years of digital experience with a record of building online capability and innovating in pre-existing businesses.
• Solid proficiency in English is a must.
• Track record in taking a brand to the next level with significantly greater presence and becoming top of mind.
• Capable of interpreting complex data and drawing out insights for business growth and optimization.
• Experience in implementing a growth plan to drive change and opportunities for collaboration within an organization.
