Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, sales growth, and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns, including online advertising, SEO, ads, social media, digital content, and e-commerce ads.
  • Analyze digital marketing data to identify opportunities, monitor campaign performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and implement them in the company's marketing strategy.
  • Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget across various channels.
  • Generate quality leads through digital platforms to drive revenue.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other data-driven methods to improve digital marketing effectiveness and e-commerce performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the beauty/fashion retail industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving digital marketing ROI.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok) and digital marketing and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Social media savvy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
