Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the beauty/fashion retail industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving digital marketing ROI.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok) and digital marketing and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Social media savvy.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
