Job Description

As a Head of Data Analytics, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing organizational data handling, including collection, management, analysis, and presentation.
2. Overseeing the organization's data warehousing.
3. Implementing analytics and machine learning capabilities across the organization.
4. Supervising data engineering and data governance processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have:

1. More than 10 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
2. Experience in the financial services industry, preferably from banking or insurance.
3. Strong experience and insight into customer MIS.
4. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
5. Proficiency in PowerBI.
