Job Description

1. Manage organizational data handling, including collection, management, analysis, and presentation.
2. Oversee the organization's data warehousing.
3. Implement analytics and machine learning capabilities across the organization.
4. Supervise data engineering and data governance processes.

Requirements

1. Possess more than 10 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
2. Preferably experienced in the financial services industry, preferably from banking or insurance.
3. Strong experience and insight into customer MIS.
4. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
