Job Description

• Having good credibility in the market as CyberSec leader
• Expanding the company's cybersecurity services to customers (market base and revenue)
• Establish sales channel for the business unit to acquire new customers
• Enhance and improve the cyber security products and services
• Retain existing customers by providing best services and best customer experience
• Lead 2 middle management layers and +50 team members within product development, delivery and operation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the related field
• At least 7 years of experience in security, with solid experience and understanding of cyber security at least within the past 4 years
• At least 3 years of experience leading a team of mid-large group
• Having experience in business development (client-facing, solution consultative, business expansion plan and execution)
