Public Relations & Corporate Affairs (Marketing & Communications)

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Head of Corporate Communications with the following details:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 8-10 years in corporate communications or public relations, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the energy, technology, or related industries is strongly preferred.
  • Strong media relations, brand management, and crisis communication expertise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experienced in managing PR challenges and public reputation.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools, including social media and media monitoring platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to industry changes.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement a corporate communications strategy that aligns with business goals and strengthens the company’s brand, particularly in energy or technology sectors.
  • Work with executive leadership to ensure consistent messaging and support public relations and branding efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media, especially in the energy and technology industries, acting as the primary spokesperson for the company and managing all media interactions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt PR strategies as needed.
  • Lead internal communications initiatives to keep employees informed about company news, updates, and culture, while supporting executive communications.
  • Oversee crisis communication efforts, establish protocols, and provide guidance on reputation protection during emergencies.
  • Manage the creation of press releases, social media content, newsletters, and annual reports, ensuring content reflects industry insights and resonates with target audiences.
  • Strengthen and maintain corporate branding across channels, collaborating with marketing teams for consistent representation.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including investors and community partners, and manage corporate events and sponsorships relevant to the industry.
