Role Summary:

The Head of Concierge leads and manages the concierge team, overseeing the delivery of exceptional, personalized services to clients or guests. This leadership position ensures the team’s performance aligns with organizational goals while maintaining the highest standards of service. The Head of Concierge is responsible for shaping the overall guest experience, managing team resources, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the concierge team to ensure the consistent delivery of top-tier services. Provide training and guidance to enhance team performance and skill development.
  • Oversee day-to-day concierge operations, ensuring efficiency in managing guest requests, event planning, and special projects. Streamline processes for improved service delivery.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients or VIP guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met with exceptional care and discretion.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within concierge services, hospitality, or luxury industries, with a proven track record of team leadership and performance management.
  • Extensive experience in providing personalized service to high-profile clients or VIP guests, with a focus on creating exceptional experiences.
  • Experience in overseeing daily operations, process improvement, and resource management to ensure smooth and efficient concierge services.

Skills:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, senior management, and team members, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to develop and implement strategies that enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Proficient in managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
