As Head of Commercial, you will be the driving force behind Palvision's continued success. You will lead a high-performing team across Corporate and Residential Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach to achieving our business objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the media landscape, including pay-TV, digital entertainment, and telecommunications.

What You Will Do:

  1. Chart the Course: Develop and implement innovative commercial strategies aligned with Medianet's overall vision, setting clear KPIs and driving sustainable growth.
  2. Identify Opportunities: Uncover new revenue streams, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our reach in both corporate and residential markets.
  3. Understand the Customer: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to refine our product offerings and deliver exceptional value.
  4. Lead and Inspire: Motivate and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and driving performance across all commercial functions.
  5. Maximize Revenue: Create and launch compelling service bundles, promotions, and pricing models that attract new customers and enhance retention.
  6. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to inform commercial plans and optimize business growth.

What You Will Bring:

  1. Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of senior commercial leadership experience, ideally within the media, telecommunications, or digital entertainment sectors.
  3. Proven success in corporate and residential sales, revenue management, and market expansion.
  4. Expertise in negotiating and managing high-value contracts and partnerships.
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that deliver significant revenue growth.
  6. 2+ Years in Pay-TV OTT Space: This is a crucial and specific requirement, indicating a need for expertise in the rapidly evolving streaming landscape.
  7. Strong understanding of content distribution, pay-TV models, advertising, and digital media.
  8. Exceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  9. Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaborative relationships.
