Job Description:

1. Identifying and developing business opportunities to generate revenue through new acquisitions and retention.
2. Working effectively in a team, and providing effective leadership and strategy by identifying, recruiting, training & retaining new suppliers.
3. Continuously coaching, implementing and developing best practices and recommendations to improve business productivity and effectiveness.
4. Providing recommendations to improve process efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. University graduate from a reputable university; post-graduate degree is a plus.
2. At least 8 years of working experience in a sales-related/business development/commercial/category management role with management exposure in the retail, start-ups, or FMCG industries.
3. If you have worked in a start-up environment, you are also welcomed to apply.
4. Experience in private label is a plus.
5. Good leadership skills, be a team player and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
