Green School Bali is a pioneering K-12 institution committed to holistic, sustainable, and community-focused education. Nestled in the lush jungles of Bali, Indonesia, Green School Bali offers a curriculum that integrates academic rigor with hands-on learning experiences that prioritize environmental stewardship, creativity, and global citizenship.
Our mission is to cultivate a generation of young leaders who are curious, innovative, and equipped to create positive change in the world as great stewards of our collective future. We believe that education should inspire a deep connection to nature, foster a sense of responsibility to the planet, and empower students to explore their passions.
Today, Green School Bali educates over 500 students aged 3 to 18 years and co-exists with a number of community-based enterprises that further enhance the mission. Around 10% of the enrollment is made up of local students on scholarships.
Green School Bali is seeking an outstanding Head of Campus to lead our vibrant community. The successful candidate has the opportunity to embody the ethos of our school, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to sustainability, innovation in education, and holistic student development.
As the Head of Campus, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring the delivery of our mission, and fostering an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic school culture. You will be a visionary leader who can inspire students, staff, and the wider community, while also managing the operational aspects of the school with excellence and driving the whole forward.
In addition to leading Green School Bali, one aspect of your role will involve bringing the Green School family closer together, specifically by integrating our franchise schools in New Zealand and South Africa. You will work closely with these schools to ensure that they uphold the Green School ethos, share best practices, and collaborate on global initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to expand and strengthen the Green School network, ensuring a unified vision and consistent educational experience across all Green School campuses.
