Head of Architect

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage works of consultants & in-house staff in producing design drawings
2. Liaise with Quantity Surveyor Department to calculate Owner’s estimate & Bill of Quantity
3. Liaise with Marketing & Promotion Department to develop marketing tools
4. Lead briefing and clarification sessions during bidding for architecture work package in various projects
5. Respond to RFIs during project construction and collaborate with Project Manager to solve construction-related problems
6. Conduct research on various industries such as senior housing, TOD, F&B, data center, etc., to be implemented in the master plan
7. Coordinate with external parties such as consultants, contractors, vendors, and operators
8. Present designs to obtain approvals from the Owner

1. Age max 48 years old
2. Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture
3. At least 10 – 15 years of experience as Head of Architect, Design & Planning Manager from Consultant and Developer Company
4. Experienced in Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development (Detail Engineering Design), Tender Document, Project Management
5. Good leadership and communication skills
6. Software: CAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D render engine
