Job Title: Head Teacher

About the Role:

The Head Teacher is a senior leadership position that oversees the academic and administrative aspects of a school. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to students, maintaining a positive and inclusive school culture, and promoting academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the school community, ensuring the achievement of academic and operational goals.
2. Teaching and Learning: Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum, assessments, and instructional strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
3. People Management: Lead and manage a team of teachers, support staff, and other school personnel to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
4. School Development: Promote the school's values, mission, and vision, and develop strategies to improve academic performance, student engagement, and community involvement.
5. Resource Management: Manage school resources, including budget, facilities, and technology, to ensure efficient and effective use.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Education or a related field.
2. 5-10 years of experience in leadership roles in schools, with a proven track record of success.
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and staff.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
6. Familiarity with international education standards and practices.
