Job Description

• Act As A Strategic Partner To The Leadership Team, Providing HR Expertise And Guidance On IR And Strategic HR Initiatives.
  
• Lead And Oversee The Investor Relations Function, Ensuring Effective Communication With Investors And Stakeholders.
• Collaborate With Executive Leadership To Develop And Execute HR Initiatives That Support Organizational Growth And Performance Improvement.
• Drive Talent Acquisition Strategies, Employee Engagement Initiatives, Performance Management, And Succession Planning.
• Monitor And Analyze HR Metrics To Identify Trends And Recommend HR Solutions To Enhance Organizational Effectiveness And Efficiency.
• Develop And Implement HR Strategies Aligned With The Company's Business Objectives And Holding Company Requirements.

Requirement

• Proven experience in a Human Capital or HR managerial role with 7-10 years of experience
• Strong understanding of investor relations and experience in managing communications with investors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in strategic HR planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
• Experience working in a holding company environment, managing HR functions across multiple entities.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic HR insights, influence decision-making, and collaborate with senior leadership.
