Guru UTBK Bahasa Indonesia / Indonesian Language Teacher for UTBK

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
2. Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
3. Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills in students.
4. Design lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
5. Continuously review and adjust lesson plans based on student progress and curriculum requirements.
6. Participate in curriculum improvement and departmental planning.
7. Design and administer tests, quizzes, and other assessments to evaluate student progress.
8. Provide timely and constructive feedback on student performance.
9. Prepare and maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance.
10. Offer additional support to students who require extra help with the subject.
11. Encourage student participation and engagement through individual and group activities.
12. Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
13. Attend workshops, training, and other professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
14. Collaborate with colleagues to share teaching strategies and improve the learning environment.
15. Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
16. Implement and enforce school policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree that aligns and is relevant to the position (Fresh graduates are welcome).
2. Minimum GPA of 3.00 (Scale 4.00).
3. Preferably accustomed to teaching in English both orally and in writing.
4. Preferably has experience in teaching Cambridge curriculum or UTBK-SNBT.
5. Possesses the spirit and character of a good educator.
6. Has a good personality and social spirit.
7. Has good cognitive and literacy abilities.
8. Has a character that always seeks continuous personal and institutional development.
9. Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person.
