Guest Services Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Support a team to ensure arrival date & preview date are aligned with company system.
• Make pre-arrival calls or emails to confirm arrival date & preview date.
• Coordinate with the activation team for any changes in arrival, preview, or room upgrades.
• Update information to GRA/gallery regarding meet & greet on check-in process.
• Provide passport forms to guests during check-in or preview time.
• Welcome guests on arrival & requalify to ensure all data is valid.
• Make friendly reminder calls to ensure previews are on time.
• Provide information about the area & facilities to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs & build rapport with guests.
• Address guest complaints & escalate to manager when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health & quality standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in administrative, data entry, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (additional language required for certain positions).
• Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and be a self-starter.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and meet targets; proven ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
