Project Administrative and Operations Assistant Manager

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Having experience in the same position for 2 years
  2. Familiar and able to handle various OTA's extranet
  3. If possible, knowledge of MySQL, PMS, and other web hosting systems
  4. Computer literate with excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  5. Understanding of basic reservation correspondence
  6. Ability to manage, control, and monitor room inventory
  7. Coordinated room reservations and collected payments on existing reservations
  8. Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness trends
  9. Familiarity with VHP System
  10. Good attitude and pleasant personality
  11. Able to join immediately
