Growth Data Analyst (Vidio)

Vidio began as a service to empower Emtek's media portfolio, but it has since evolved into a platform that supports SCM, the KapanLagi network, and hundreds of Indonesian content producers.

Salary: Rp 5,000,000 - Rp 7,000,000

Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics across acquisition channels, experiment projects, and campaigns. Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and growth strategies.
2. Growth Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of strategies that accelerate customer acquisition.
3. Forecasting & Projections: Develop growth forecasts/model/prediction to drive business planning.
4. Collaborate with Data, Product, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, growth, data analysis, or related fields within a high-growth company, preferably in tech or digital businesses (e.g., OTT, e-commerce, or subscription-based services).
