Job Description

As a Group Key Account Manager (FMCG), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts within the FMCG sector
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Leading negotiations for large contracts
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure targets are met
  • Providing regular reports on account activity and performance
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues that arise
  • Staying informed about market trends and competitor activity

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Key Account Manager (FMCG) should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven 5-10 years of experience in key account management in the FMCG sector, have experience managing Indogroup will be preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • An ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A customer-focused approach and commitment to providing excellent service
  • Fluent in English
