Greenfield Senior Procurement

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Greenfield Procurement Manager to lead procurement efforts for a major greenfield project from inception to execution. This is a unique opportunity to build procurement processes from scratch, source world-class vendors, and create the foundation for long-term operational success.

Our client is a well-respected multinational company with a strong consumer brand. They are currently expanding their business and investing in building another production facility.

Description

As our Greenfield Procurement Manager, you will:

1. Design and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets
2. Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and contractors for critical equipment, materials, and services
3. Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, legal, and finance teams
4. Set up procurement systems, policies, and KPIs for a scalable, efficient operation
5. Drive cost efficiency, sustainability, and risk management across the supply chain

Profile

8+ years of procurement experience in greenfield or capital-intensive projects

• Bachelor of Engineering or Civil Engineering from a reputable university

Deep knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations

Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous, startup-style environment

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

[Nice to have] Industry certifications (CIPS, CPM, PMP) or experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
