Graphic & Motion Designer (Remote, Contract)

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

We are looking for a talented Graphic & Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating stunning animations, static learning graphics, and assembling cohesive lessons. If you have a knack for creative thinking, an eye for detail, and the skills to bring ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:

• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Adobe Premiere Pro would be a plus.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
• High attention to detail, self-organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to combine design elements effectively and select appropriate materials. Comfortable with vector graphics.
• Good knowledge of animation principles and the ability to animate simple figures.
• Willingness to handle a large volume of animations.
• Understanding of storytelling principles and their application in animations.

What you can expect to do on the job:

• Animation Creation:
  • Develop animations from described ideas provided by instructional designers.
  • Create animated sequences from scratch, using a script as the foundation.
  • Storyboard.
• Learning Activity Design:
  • Design static learning activities for educational courses.
  • Develop graphic elements, pdf, etc.
• Video Editing:
  • Assemble all elements into a complete lesson using Adobe Premiere Pro (training available).
