Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager

About the role

Kopi Bojo is a cafe chain that originated in Jakarta CBD. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This hybrid role is suitable for creative individuals who possess graphic design skills and are passionate about digital marketing. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content and managing our social media platforms to grow the Bojo brand and foster relationships with our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Create and produce digital and print designs for marketing, operational, and promotional purposes
2. Responsible for photos and content on social media, in-store POP, and other design collaterals
3. Perform photoshoots of products and events
4. Develop and execute social media strategy to increase brand presence and awareness
5. Manage and grow social media accounts: creating original content, managing posts, and responding to followers
6. Curate and schedule content to keep our social media up-to-date and engaging
7. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and effectiveness

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
2. Please include a portfolio showcasing your best work
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design / social media specialist
4. Working experience in F&B, Retail, or Hospitality industry is preferred
5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social media scheduling tools
6. Strong creative and visual design skills, with an eye for aesthetics and detail
7. Excellent understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
8. Proven track record of growing social media followings and driving engagement
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
