Graphic Designer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in designing for social media, e-commerce, and print materials.
• Photography and videography skills are a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for producing visually stunning designs.
• Based in Bandung, willing to work on-site (WFO).
• Ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for various platforms, including social media, websites, email marketing, and offline marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Design assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional materials such as banners, posters, and packaging.
• Create templates and design systems to streamline the production of recurring visual content.
• Edit and enhance product photography and videos for promotional use.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the brand stays fresh and relevant.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide creative input for brainstorming sessions and contribute to developing innovative concepts.
