Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in Denpasar. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for:

1. Manage all company project inquiries for in-house graphic design needs and marketing purposes.
2. Maintenance of Social Media.
3. Able to design for Social Media, Websites, and YouTube (Including Video Editing).
4. Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output.
5. Think creatively to produce new ideas, concepts and develop graphic and video design.
6. Estimating the time required to complete the work given.
7. Be a team player and work alongside the account managers.
8. Working systematically and in an organized method on your projects to meet team expectations.
9. Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

1. Prefer a candidate who resides in Bali and is willing to work in the Denpasar area.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design or its equivalents with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
3. Having years of experience in the Graphic Design Industry / Branding Institute / Advertising (but if you are a fresh graduate and you think you have got what it takes, we’ll accept your application with your portfolios).
4. Fully comfortable with design and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
5. Ability to solve design problems elegantly and creatively.
6. Ability to work efficiently with company-driven timelines.
7. Ability to take the initiative on projects with company-driven requirements.
8. Ability to communicate ideas effectively both visually and in writing.
9. Ability to illustrate your idea in various looks and styles, and quickly translate your ideas visually for your team.
10. Able to work under pressure, with teamwork, or individually.
11. Have a keen-to-learn attitude and able to work unsupervised.
12. Honest, loyal, fast learner, attention to detail, and research & goals-oriented.
