• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or other relevant design tools.
• Understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, including best practices for design and advertising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and on-brand social media ads and other platforms, ensuring they resonate with our target audience.
• Work closely with the team to understand campaign goals and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand across all digital channels, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
• Develop a variety of content types, including static images, animations, and video assets, to support different campaign objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, platform updates, and best practices for social media advertising.
• Respond to feedback from the client, making adjustments to designs as needed to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to assess the effectiveness of visual content and refine designs based on performance data.

Salary Range: 500 USD - 1000 USD per month
