Currently, we are looking for a Social Media Specialist. Are you the one who fits with us?

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other departments for assets and promotions
• Plan and assist with content schedules for social media and marketing
• Build, handle, create content, and manage the company's social media accounts and website
• Initiate, explore, and maintain community interaction
• Track and analyze periodically and report to gain insight on traffic, audience, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
• Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns
• Demonstrate a robust understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, social media trends, and algorithms to craft compelling ad content
• Exhibit a personal passion for the fashion industry and in-depth knowledge of fashion trends.
• Create and manage social media content (Instagram's Ads - Reels - Posts & TikTok) on a regular basis
• Layout, edit, retouch photos or videos and share daily content that produces high-quality results
• Develop ideas and storytelling concepts to create innovative and high-results social media content
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase the company's brand awareness
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in creating fabulous social media content
• Develop impressive marketing strategies to increase the engagement of the followers on our social media platform
• Stay updated with the social media trends related to the company's services
• Analyze the performance of the content marketing strategies along with its social media posts and adjust strategies when necessary to optimize results.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in social media specialist, social media community management, social content creation, content planning, or a related field.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a relevant field.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Good at copywriting and public relations
• Stay updated on social media trends.
• Strong in research, organization, and time management.
• Understand how to craft content, find topics and angles that engage
• Proven portfolio and experience as a short video (Reels Social Media) creator.
• Excellent storytelling ability and creative thinking, with the capability to adapt to changing trends and challenges.
• Stay current with the latest social media best practices and industry trends.
• Preferably candidates with a background in the fashion industry.
• Proven experience in creating ad content scripts.
• Having a huge database of KOLs or influencers is a plus.
