Expert on Visual Graphic Design and Motion Graphic (Especially for Social Media - Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc)
Understand business online for Beauty category is a must
Must demonstrate and possess an understanding of storytelling and design processes, as well as the ability to integrate them all with high production value.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite Design (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Disruptive creativity and ability in art and design
Good awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms, also innovative approach to each media
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Able to work in cross functional division
Responsibilities:
Developing brand guideline and marketing visuals
Designing product visual for new product launch and existing products
Handle any internal requests related to marketing purposes or any cross functional division such as event promotion brochures, catalogs, stickers, banners, posters, billboards, t-shirt designs, etc.
Ensuring our content is conveyed through engaging visuals
In charge for creative communication materials from concepting - designing - final artwork
Maintain a consistent visual style, voice, and message across mediums
Contribute to the creation of our style guide, communication guidelines, and visual design principles
Support product design in the visuals for our social media channel and internal web app used by our operations team
