Join our Strategy and Planning team at GrabMart, where we serve as the strategic nucleus for the business. We coordinate creativity with methodological consistency to lead performance across important operational dimensions, including growth, service quality, and profitability. Our team promotes a data-driven approach, ensuring that our decision-making processes are grounded in frameworks to support GrabMart's overarching goals. Get to Know the Role

You will be in a role with a balance of financial reporting, strategy, advanced analytics and stakeholder management - leading the business financial and non-financial strategy, while establishing coordination with related parties i.e., Marketing team, Operations team, Account Managers, using data to gain applicable insight and lead implementation. You will be reporting to GrabMart Strategy Planning Manager, and will also coordinate with important partners including senior leaders. This role will be based in our Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and increase market share
• Manage and improve GrabMart's financials portfolio
• Create and maintain financial models to forecast performance and support decision-making
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch projects
• Identify business opportunities to drive revenue growth

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, planning, or or financial/data driven fields, preferably in e-commerce, retail or on-demand delivery services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including complex Excel spreadsheets. SQL skill is an added value
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving market share
• Experience with the e-commerce and retail industries
• Experience with financial forecast, data analysis and interpretation
• Strong knowledge of market research and competitor analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
