GPP Collection Senior Lead

About The Role

As the name suggests, GoTo Financial Services Platform provides financial services products to GoTo users. As the GPP Collection Sr Lead, you will manage end-to-end collection activities for Consumer Lending Cash Loan product (GoPay Pinjam). You will become a cog in a machine that is determined to provide the best financial services product to our customers. Your contribution will be meaningful and will be exposed to a fast paced, open, and inclusive working environment. • Operationalize the collection strategy for Consumer Lending product as defined by Head of Collections and Risk - Collection Strategy team
• Lead collection in-house team and manage team’s productivity and quality
• Liaise with 3rd party (MPO, BPO, collection agency) to ensure they deliver performance as per agreement and expectation
• Represent Collection in activities related to regulatory aspects (OJK, Fintech/Multifinance association, ISO)
• Develop team members to reach their optimum performance

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in Collections team in banking/fintech/startup
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Able to perform and deliver under pressure, target-oriented
• Computer/digital savvy
• Team player
