Develop and maintain interactions and partnerships with government agencies at various levels.
Monitor government policies, advocate for the organization's interests, and foster positive relationships with government officials.
Coordinate with various departments and colleagues and provide input to various local, national, and international officials.
Maintain advocacy and build relationships with the government.
Provide operational support to all legislative processes, perform research, analyze policies and regulations, and assess their impact on Schneider.
Perform research on various legal issues, document all research, edit all government affair communications, and participate in legislative committee meetings.
Maintain government and stakeholder relations that protect Schneider assets, enable swift issue management, and ensure market access and a level playing field for Schneider in all relevant markets.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in government relations and public affairs.
Bachelor's degree in any field; degrees in communication, international relations, or politics are a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Results-driven attitude with strong critical thinking skills.
Deep understanding of government processes and regulations.
Ability to navigate complex bureaucratic environments effectively.
High proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
